Returns / Exchanges

We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are confident in the quality of our product. To return any product, simply email us at customercare@hauzerhome.com. If your product is received damaged, we ask that you send us an email with the photo of the damaged item and reason for return. We are committed to our product and will do everything in our power to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Upon receiving the return we refund the amount of the product, minus shipping and handling. 

Orders made from Hauzerhome.com are eligible for a refund for 30 days after the order was placed. All items must be in "Like-New" condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you purchased your item from a 3rd party seller, and not from Hauzer Home directly, you will need to purse your refund or exchange from the seller.
